Dr. Ronald Moy RONALD MOY, M.D. is board certified in dermatology and in Mohs Micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology. A Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Moy has published over 100 scientific articles, has given more than 100 lectures, and has written several books on the topic of cutaneous and cosmetic surgery. He is a Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, the former Co-Chief of UCLA's Department of Dermatology and former Chief of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Moy is a director of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Editor-in-Chief of Dermatologic Surgery and serves on the California Medical Board.
Dr. Mark Rubin MARK G. RUBIN, M.D. is a board certified dermatologist. He currently practices at the Lasky Clinic in Beverly Hills and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Rubin is a specialist in skin resurfacing and has written multiple papers, book chapters and a textbook on skin rejuvenation; He has personally trained over 600 physicians in his techniques of skin rejuvenation. He is an international lecturer, and has presented his ideas and research in over 10 countries. In addition to his work with patients, Dr. Rubin also performs clinical research projects, and works as a consultant for various skin care and medical device companies.
Dr. Mark Taylor MARK B. TAYLOR, M.D.received his medical degree from the University of Utah and is a board-certified dermatologist and is a clinical instructor at the University of Utah. Since the origination of laser treatments for skin and acne, Dr. Taylor has been a leader in the field of cosmetic laser surgery, pioneering and teaching many new laser techniques to over 4,000 doctors world-wide. He was the first doctor in the world to use the Krypton and VeinLase lasers for the treatment of vascular and pigmented lesions. Dr. Taylor's clinic, The Gateway Aesthetic & Laser Center, in Salt Lake City is one of the country's premier dermatologic practices
Dr. Richard Clement RICHARD CLEMENT, M.D. graduated from the University of Virginia medical school. He completed a general surgery residency and plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Washington University/Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. After his plastic surgery residency, he completed a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at Massachusetts General/Newton-Wellesley Hospitals in Boston. After fellowship he was invited to join the faculty of the Washington University Medical School, where he was an assistant professor of surgery. In 1988 he opened a private plastic surgery practice in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is now the director of Foothills Plastic Surgery. In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Clement is a successful angel investor.
Dr. Denis Bouboulis DENIS BOUBOULIS, M.D. Diplomate, American Board of Allergy & Immunology and Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Bouboulis has a successful immunology and family practice in Stamford, CT, where he treats many patients with mild to severe acne. Dr. Bouboulis also holds a number of patents to a variety of medical devices.
Dr. Roy Shapiro ROY SHAPIRO, M.D., Diplomate, American Board of Radiology, and is an expert in aesthetic procedures using lasers and intense light sources. He co-founded Hi-Tech Medical Lasers, one of the first Carbon Dioxide Laser companies to manufacture and market hand held, air-cooled lasers which was sold to Pfizer. Subsequently, he formed Lakes Imaging Centers, which built and acquired 15 Diagnostic Imaging Centers operating in eight states and sold them to MedPartners and a private equity firm. Dr. Shapiro is a medical technology advisor to Whartin Private Equity Fund and sits on the board of an investment firm that invests in technology transfers to developing countries.
